Summary
Great GPS. With all the crazy drivers out there, I wanted a dash cam. This has both a GPS and dash cam in one. The screen is crisp and very clear. It was easy to set up. Connecting the device to the mounting initially took a bit but once we figured it out, it is easy to get on and off. Voice commands are easy in traffic. Camera view when arriving at the destination is very helpful in trying to find a house number. When we take a different road than the route shown, it recalculates quickly WITHOUT the voice repeating “RECALCULATING” over and over – nice. Lane assist is updated and show not only generic which lanes to be in but also shows you as your diving what the various lanes do – 1 goes right as another ends, etc. Lane departure assist and forward collision warning can be a little touchy, but it’s not too distracting. We have been impressed by this unit and would highly recommend it.
