The 1080p KAMTRON WiFi camera provides great HD quality video and the on-screen adjustments for pan/tilt/zoom on the app are in our opinion a better alternative to the mouse click function of other security cameras. The motion detection alerts (daylight as well as night vision) are reliable and connecting the camera to the phone’s app is done easily and quickly, using the provided MIPC app. You can even go back and check any of the motion detection alarms stored in the SD card and/or download the pictures or videos to my phone or computer. There are so many features that make this camera a great baby monitor set up.

This KAMTRON 1080P WiFi Camera has an excellent picture quality being the standard 1080P HD camera with an ability to take excellent quality video during the day and at night. It is motion activated so it will turn on automatically when it detects movement and begin recording. The camera comes with everything you need to mount it and get up and running as well as the software to load on your smartphone to be able to monitor the camera remotely. With a two way microphone, you can easily communicate with your baby over the camera if need be, which is a great plus if you have kids that are home alone for a bit after school so you can see what is going on and check on them. With the wide viewing angle on the camera of 350°horizontal & 100°vertically rotation with pan, tilt plus the ability to take still and video photos, this is a great addition to the security of my house.
The KAMTRON 1080P WiFi Camera can accommodate up to a 64 gig SD card (such as this Sandisk Ultra) so there is plenty of room to capture everything you need, and with easy data transfer, you can keep the videos on your home PC or Laptop as long as you wish. It is very comforting to have the peace of mind that I feel safe and I can see what is going on in my backyard anytime I like.
