Summary
You could switch your work position from sitting to standing easily. That in itself should grab your attention! The frame is well built and sturdy. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole set up overall. The unit comes with three preprogrammed presets (easily reprogrammable) which make the desk easier to meet your desired height with simply pressing one button! Once you put a decent size top on it, it is solid and feels solid. Highly recommended!!
